Publication of books on structural engineering is the result of experience of Er. J. D. Buch over 30 years with Kothari Associates Pvt. Ltd, a firm of Architects & Engineers, New Delhi, on design of various structures. The design experience is joint effort of his colleagues in the organization. The object of publishing articles in engineering journals and writing books is to fulfill the need for practical books in the field and sharing his experience. He took retirement in 1998. The books were published during the years 1998 to 2009 after peer review on each by the Indian Concrete Journal. The first book is in the book form and the rest are e-books.
